What do we think the chances of awarding a 4 year, 100m contract without an internal confirmation (within CXO) that we have a finance Avenue? Perhaps the buying the last couple of days has been people from the Primero group and not the drillers @wenty?
This might be great news, and we might be able to expect something reasonably significant soon!
