    Dingo,

    As they definitely need to sell the centres, the buyers will know they can get a good bargain no matter what the price is. If the stock price goes up, CNP is not in a better position to get more the the centres and it is still essentially a distressed selling situation.

    I can't see the sales psychology changing in any great way.

    The only possible thing that could directly affect the sale price in regards to the share price is if the share price raised enough that they have other options - in which case they have other options!
