Matism, maybe you're right, just think you've included a bit of wishful thinking in your reasoning.
strictly speaking, the following is true...
'The strength of a company doesn’t reflect the sale price of an Asset. (unless liquidated)'
but CNP is still under time constraints, its currently being (considerably) liquidated, and has a very weak sp.
therefore, its not unreasonable to suggest that they will not get the best deal for assets
i'm holding, long term.
