On Monday I had to let my Chief Science Officer go, after just 11 weeks.
Why?
In most industries people who come on board with C suit credentials are expected to hit the ground running, engage all stakeholders of the business and set/demonstrate a powerful vision. They need to perform.
My CSO was showing plenty of cracks and so I had the hard conversation with him.
This is exactly what happened with ADO!
Great work by the ADO board.
