I emailed PEK and received an email back from Rocky. He said they have moved their country manager to Dodoma to increase their presence with members of government. They are constantly visiting Tanzania, had a few meetings 2 weeks ago. I understand shareholders are treated like mushrooms but it does get frustrating after years of it.
China is the problem, brown bag... I will put a few bob in to get things moving.
