I think the SP can be attributed to the progress in the qubit processor.
I believe the military have shown a great interest in it's progress. The use of a computer system ten to 50
times faster than the fastest currently available would increase more than
ten fold. the accuracy and lethallity of air-to-air missile intercept systems.
