You seem to be looking at each point in my posts in isolation rather than a holistic thought or observation.
Correct, “a 9.3% move in 14 days on a speccy stock, is not material” but a 23% move in 14 days from 73c to 90c (the closing prices on 13/02 and 27/02 – prior to the Pengxin announcement), is material in my opinion.

“…while ignoring other significant factors”. What I consider “significant” may differ from what you consider “significant”. For example, I don’t consider the grant of $632K to be “millions of dollars of government rebates and grants”.

“You will take no responsibility for the move back down…” Did I ever discuss the sustainability of the move on the back of any OTC listing? I did mention the differences in capital structure between the 2 companies and how that may impact share price performance.

“The only facts you present are dates and stock prices, everything else is conjecture and poor logical reasoning.” And what other facts do you want me to present? Dates, stock prices, volume; these are about the only things which can’t be debated.

The bottom line is that we’re never going to agree. Forum participants can make up their own mind. They can compare our posts on this and other stocks on which we post and see whose track record they are willing to back.
