In my opinion Sophs are not much different from retail investors. If you have $2.5Mil in assets then you are a Sophisticated investor. Even if you haven't made a dollar and lost thousands of dollars in investments. Yes you can be soph.
To say that not even one soph was interested is ridiculous.
Ask@h00ts about how much he has been jumping up and down for last 10 days that this gives unfair advantage to sophs. All I can see is retailers profiting from this CR.
