It could be something to do with Jiangte motor.
Their carbonate plant (2nd stage) was completed in early May19. They should finish testing and ready to receive shipments from A40.
Jiangte also received more than AUD100M in EV subsidies from China government in early July19. They can use the fund to upgrade their current Hydroxide plant and maybe form a JV with A40?
Lets see what A40 brings us tomorrow. Look forward to it.
