    i wonder if its to do with the concept of the NPV increasing by 30% after tax and free carried interest.. but they haven't locked down the free carried interest yet to my knowledge, so either they can't know the effective increase or have they just accidentally told us that that figure which everyone presumes will be 16% has actually been agreed, and not formally announced ?
