NTU's Sales Agreement

Is NTU's sales agreement worth the paper it is written on.
Why have NTU not shipped any product since December last year?
By the sounds of it the product that has cost donors Millions upon Millions to produce is just piling up with no buyer.

As I have said before this deal from my calculations was far from lucrative for JFMAG
The so called deal stands that NTU get paid for 5 elements,
Dysprosium,   Terbium,   Lutetium,   Neodymium  and  Praseodymium.
JFMAG are kindly left with the other elements to cover separation costs.  JFMAG apart from having to separate all the elements into Oxides also have to sell ALL of what they have separated to get paid, and lets not forget that ~58% of their TREO is Yttrium.

The facts stand atm that REO prices in China are starting to cool and decline, and unless JFMAG are So So desperate for NTU's mix (which they don't seem to be atm) I hardly see that they are going to pay the trailing two month average price.

So where does that leave NTU?
Not hard to see why NTU's focus is on so called strengthening of the balance sheet with Donors money, since Sale of product = Zero
Maybe ~$50,000 from Dec 2018 first shipment to come in.
$50,000 Would Not Even Cover 1% Of The Estimated 1/4 tly costings.

And on top of no $ales, still the company owes ~ $35,000,000?
