I didn’t say that at all, I said the weather.
Having worked at Constancia copper same elevation a little further south for a year during construction of that copper mine I remember the winter and the ability to move heavy work loads and snow and such while doing the project.
So I understand the logistics of the location. Daylight hours are slim and impassable roadways for the commute of goods and people make moving heavy equipment and such much harder, costly and inefficient to operate.
I am less concerned about time than performance INCA doesn’t seem to be able to move its head from the bottom bouncing.
