It seems easy to trade a stock when it goes up 15-20% but when you seed buy into a publicly unlisted company Peru gold/andina on the recommendation of your broker that they will do an ipo and then list within 3 months for a 3x roi and 10 years later the only way the management see a way to list is to bail out minera from insolvency (rebadged as titan)with a rescue package the board of andina take over management of titan while still running andina then have titan take over andina and give themselves target bonus shares for the process. End result Andina is listed. shareholder value in andina has dropped to 1/5 of the value it should have been. Seed investment are generally large sums of money min 50k and had some wins but this is definately a big loss. Couldve/shouldve sold earlier after merger when sp hit 4.4c but capital raisings at 3c to raise noney for vista completion abd aquisitions and then 2c $20M tor merger of core have smashed the share price. All the negativ ity surrounding this merger has dropped it to 18.5c(10/1 consolidation) and into suspension. Hopefully now the merger doesnt proceed and the 2c/$20M raising isnt needed the share price should be back around 33c(3.3c pre consolidation).
