Lol, no. Look at percentage voting power on this announcement and their voting power when they became a majority holder. It's not like they dumped all their holding, in fact they dumped a tiny portion. Their "becoming substantial holder announcement" had only just barely pushed them over 5pc voting power and this has only just dropped them below 5pc. They probably are just rebalancing or they needed the 5pc to vote on something important to them and that has now passed.
