Much of what you say is true , however being positive and upbeat does not quite have the same meaning as bull sh.....ing or lying . CG stated in a company report that LATIN owned 100% of the concessions issued by the state of San Luis , many S/H WOULD HAVE LIGITIMATELY taken CG at his word. This was blatantly false and the concessions to date have not been approved.
