    There could be multiple reasonable reasons to explain the changeover of staff: change in strategy, efficiencies, shortage of specialists in this industry, lower salaries than competitors, bad management, toxic culture, change or simply better pay packages elsewhere. Generally IT employees are systematic and maybe even introverted so any hint of change can drive them away quickly. I see it all the time at my work.
