Have you looked into continuous disclosure and why the different company put out an announcement for an almost identical situation to where LPD should have been last Friday?
Why has there been no update for LPD when ASX deemed the other announcement as market sensitive?
The focus is on the continuous disclosure rules. The type of mine is irrelevant.
This is a very valid concern. Beware of people trying to dismiss this for one reason or another as they likely have confirmation bias.
