So there is evidence of pilots now in Hebei and Shaanxi provinces, much like how Hubei province started off with a pilot plant.

Hunan and Shanxi were the other provinces that visited iTest's Hubei demonstration sites .. they can't be far behind.

We ended 2018 with Aspirals installed in highways in one province in China... could we see Aspirals installed across highway systems in four difference provinces by the end of 2019?
