The scoping study for instance, which is regarded as rather important has been updated. There is other valuable information updated in the presentation that should be considered such as the Lance Project history, and key project study data.

Anybody seriously considering investing in, or has invested in PEN should read this presentation and every other presentation and anouncement in context. All it requires is a comparitive read. A cursory glance on release will provide nothing.

To state it is almost the same or otherwise is quite simply incorrect. It has not been released again, it has been updated with the latest available data. It is content that should be considered, not layout.
