No one would have expected on 26 July 2018 that the first build that "demonstrated the technology" to get the 1st lot of performance shares would be indoors.
Yet that is what happened.
From memory the only requirement is to build 10 houses under a commercial building contract.
Anyone want to go back to the prospectus, find the exact wording, and based on those words try to predict how things will play out?
