I bought some at 1.77 today
There is no indication that the business is b*@ered is there?
no short term debt worries
all the debt on the jv is long term and the interest rates are hedged
46% look through debt is below the 50% covenant
assets would have to fall 10% across the board to go over the covenant.
A lot of talk about what might happen though
eg
assets might lose value
bought at 1.775, page-30
