    I've experienced capital losses from other corporate failures but they involved either the GFC or major commercial business disruption. RCR failure is significantly worse with recent capital raise, cost overruns, mismanagement and potential non-disclosure issues. If ASIC had any credibility they would bring civil proceedings against all the RCR directors and RCR officers for recovery.
