well lets hope they are talking to multiple potential partners, and not just the one. Satin is right,, why would you give exclusivity to nmdc over all
these years and not engage with other potential clients,,, I'm not even in business of this sort but would never give any customer that kind of 'special treatment' / exclusivity,, whateva you want to call it.
Deals only reached mou status,,, doesn't mean you can't seek other customers.
