    isn't the Cap raising being done to instos only?

    I don't think us small fry will be able to partake.

    The cap raising will have to be done around this 30 cent mark anyway, so I wouldn't think it would drop much more from this point afterwards.

    Those picking up around this level are gettting in at a bargain IMO
