why should we fear a small capital raising about $30 mill to $50 mill - that's all it'll be - if it means we'll get to the 160,000 oz/annum Warrior and sunburst stage a year earlier.
160,000 oz/annum would deliver an $80 mill/annum profit and CTO would have a market cap of over a billion dollars - and a share price of $1.50.
That's a very small debt to carry and a big market cap - and the loan can be paid back from about 6 months worth of profits.
