Geoff Pocock selling has been the cause of our 'low' share price say some posters I've summarised his
form 604 advices and note other major holders who could of had some influence

geoff pocock converted his A options 3mil and other 500,000, for cost $750,000 giving total shares 7.2mil.
between May2018-June2019 he sold 2.4mil. approx for $901,726 an average of 37cents. With a current
hold / balance of 4.8mil. he has not done to badly. We probably will never know 'for sure' if he was (part of ) the cause of share price decline. I am not so sure as 30 mil shares were traded in this period
Pococks resignation could be really costly to himself as he forfeited 8.2mil options. If Pocock continues
to sell at this retarded share price he must have an 'axe to grind' . My thoughts ...he had to pay his loan
back $750,000.

Cornejo. has converted his A options for $750,000 now holds 6,748,533 shares and 3,000,000 D options
due 31/12/19. 40cent cost

McLarty/McEquity were a buyer of shares after listing. They spent up to $250,00 and ended up with
2.7mil shares plus options . We don't know wether they are still holders, some say they have sold

MIN, Mineral Resources have increased their holdings by 8,333,333 to 10.333mil and also have 4,166,167
options. conv 70cents due 31/12/19

Terry Walsh appointed chief development officer 16/3/16. paid $0.9mil for 3,195 mil shares plus oppys.
he must have sold as a 3Ynotice 17/12/18 shows he converted 600,00 C.options his current holding. cost $400,000. Part of the pump group after introducing Pan American Hydrogen ?

I'm looking forward to the latest share holders listing. The latest 3B form- 31/12/18 issued by Hazer shows 117,993,511 ord shares on issue but this included 24,181,505 of HZRO's that were to be
converted on that day. Only 3,448,850 were taken up. so this leaves 97,260,856 shares on issue.

5% of shares is 4,863,042... the disclosure level. Pococks 4.8mil excuses him from future reporting.
