confused with ady

Hi Guy's

I was told about ADY while ago and have kept my eye on it.
I have also been reading there ann's and researching the company and it's potential for the last few months.

Now the confusing part:
After reading the current ANN i would have thought that the market would have loved it at we would have seen the share price considerably higher that today " regardless of the US markets actions".

I don't hold any yet but would kindly request help on making a decision to buy or not, my Gut and my research tells me that it has heaps more potential so any advice would be of great help.
