it's not gloom
i have well and truely passed through that phase.
centro looks dead, but i want to see if it is just feigning it.
if it's an orange i want to find out. At the moment it looks yellow, but that might only be a disguise.

i am very interested to see how low this can go.
as far as i am concerned it is a great company
the directorship i'm not so sure of.
if the debt was really the issue, why are they dragging their bum?
it's been 7 months or so and not one property has being sold as far as i am aware, and they have turned at least one buyer away for no good reason.
something very fishy here.
