Personally, I find it poor form that once again management put additional shares forward for themselves if they can land a deal.

Don't we feel they have been adequately rewarded with HUGE salaries for years with constant declining SP for us mere mortals?

Just my opinion, im sure many here will be ecstatic if we landed a $1mill+ deal paid upfront before the end of August. However, after being here for some years now I cannot help but feel this is the very least they could do for us suffering shareholders and I don't feel they should be additionally rewarded for essentially doing their job and way over deadline to boot!
