The acquisition will have definitely been responsible for components, but the associated head-count increase and further hires Skyfii has made (citing LinkedIn) make me think that a lot of this is spending for future growth. With the acquisition of Beonic, Skyfii have now opened an equally as lucrative new revenue stream from a market they're already heavily saturated in, shopping centres and retail.
This technology is the industry standard for how retail and retail property report, outside of P&L, and Skyfii are best placed to capitalise on it.
Although they may have missed forecast by a small amount, I'm confident that the next 12-months will be a continuation of the high-growth and positive EBITDA performance.
A good opportunity to pick up some further stock over the coming weeks.
