    no because you dont have to to build an expensive and technoloically risky benefication plant to make money out of DSO - its just dirt. put it on a truck, then a ship, and thats it.

    thats why if they have some DSO on their property its great news for cashflow. they could start making money from DSO ages before they have their MPI built. And the cash puts them in a stronger bargaining postiion with any chinese partners.
