- Market cap prior to “merger”: $154M with share price of $0.345 (after raising $25M)
- If you take away the cash, (5.6cps), the share price was less than half of what it was 2 years before.
- Even after running up with the SLR price, the price on the last day of trading was still less than it was 2 years before.
