It's just waiting game. A lot of investors don't like locking there money up when it could still be a while before a substantial share price movement.
I also think that looking at the sell side would put most people off. I personally think the sell side is deliberately stacked so whoever is the long termer here is slowly grabbing most shares that are sold. Someone is happy to accumulate slowly, which has been evident the last few days as the buy side keeps replenishing in the high 2's.
I'm also of the opinion that because Calidus didn't 'gloss up' the recent PFS with big words and promise the world some supporters may have dropped off. Those who understand that the conservative approach is a far better business decision in the long run will understand why they 'kept it real'. I was very happy to see the approach they took.
People will take money out, redistribute it to other opportunities and then come back. It's just a game of patience.
