With greater opportunities come greater costs. BOT will need money to expand its corporate activities in promoting and securing the best deals. Vince is one good example. If the placement is with a strategic investor that would send the SP rocketing, in fact. But if it's with one of the 4 Brokers of the Apocalypse I'll be a tad melancholy and prone to (more) drinking.
