    Ummm... can someone please explain how U.S. home foreclosures and slowing exports from China deleteriously influences Tanzania's energy consumption?

    And I thought high oil prices would be a positive for KEY, if anything, given the Borsano permit is six kilometres from a 250 million barrel oil pool, coupled with KEY's new JV with PANCON offshore Namibia!!!
