If you knocked on their door today with $40m they would give it to you for .21 too.
There are a lot of hidden costs and risks with public CR that the punters don't imagine, tonnes of admin, legal and security. And the headaches can go on even for decades after a company folds. I'm not bootlicking instos either because yea they are definitely evil and 19% is a joke but it's easy capital for the company, it's quick and there is little drama.
It's still a dog act by management, but welcome to the ASX.
