Frustrating to be sure WB, but don't be too hard on them. The indicative time for permits should be around 10 to 12 months but being South Africa best to add 50% to that - so here's hoping September/October.
While this part is out of their control, at least ORN haven't been sitting on their hands - good to see as much prep work as possible before the main game begins.
