Might have another few cents in it but after bouncing off 7.11 up to 7.29 it looks over bought again. I think that the new substaintial shareholder was taking advantage of the knock down in price with a longer term view on BBG. But they'd be foolish to did it up much higher you'd think. Indicators show it as over bought on a daily and almost yearly basis.
