I've seen some recent posts suggesting the PO condition ($1.5m/$1m receipts by end Aug) could be something as simple as an increase to the existing Spark deal.. but, I highly doubt Paul would dare further frustrate the market by rewarding himself for that!
We have only just seen them invoiced for NZ$240k, bringing the total so far to NZ$450k... can't really imagine them suddenly whacking on another $550k+ this month, and renewing the existing contract $1m+
It could have us assume his recent travels have likely resulted in an agreement being finalised in the coming week/s.. and obviously Paul has quickly teed up his reward, with the NOROA he previously missed out on, due to the Holla bloc and other holders throwing 200m votes against his (withdrawn) resolution. We have been diluted out of the way now though!
My initial thought was Here we go again.. ratifying for yet another raise - until I quickly scrolled down to the Ostergaard conditions.
Why are they suddenly ratifying though? I'm surprised there wasn't more of the usual CR preaching.
Why would they need any further raise if Paul has landed Oracle or other telco deal with $1m upfront or receipts/near term?
Will they be cashing up to dramatically expand and further promote to all the Oracle clients?
Once PO rewarded, cold they be ratifying to also reward Apsec upping their stake, or Oracle a nice piece of Nor pie?
Or, was the ratifying just a reason required to call the meeting, for the real reason of slipping through 40m NOROA reward!?
Surely a good sign, taking ops over heads.
Either way, a Norgust new deal (say $2m/$1m upfront) will have us all extremely happy, excited, relieved)..and the options will be worth significantly more than they currently are!
Going by the amounts doing to the 2 other directors as payments... I think they are anticipating the value of them to be much higher than 0.001, if its going to cover their wages.
Also.. interesting how some immediately post when any sell goes through.
I'd be more interested in the buyer - they started by cleaning up at least 1 2.5m buy last week at 4.
The next day another 2.5m buy appeared
Then it was upped to 5m
They got those today, and then we saw another 2m+ cleaned up soon after.
I think someone has been buying up in excess of 10m in the past week - I'd be paying more attention to that than any sell.
As I set the notifications, and basically look at the depth within seconds after the trade goes through, there was no buy remainder. ASX and Chix were cleaned up to the exact share. I assume only pros can do it to the exact number at a certain price (0.004) on both markets, without leaving a buy remainder?
Also the open and close bot, slopping up every share at 4, this morning, yesterday, every day...
Unlucky Bacs: All good. Like I said before.. I'm not responding to anyone contacting me about Nor.. After 3 years of many people giving me daily questions, ongoing commentary and complaining to me about Paul/Nor..
Hopefully you're going alright too, and things finally turn around in a big way.
For the record, I won't post any names other than Oracle (yet).. and it is only "my opinion".
I'm expecting Oracle sooner rather than later this quarter.
Also a good feeling about several telcos - 1 Australian, 1 Asian, 1 US. Won't spruik any unsubstantiated names at this stage.
From all the posts I have read on here lately... DIB, Jalana and Disco, I think/hope you lot are on the right track.
