Normally I am pretty skeptical as well, but the DFS had been put through the ringer by the financiers and it came out fine. The project had an NP5 of $170 million at $2000 gold (if you toll treated at Deflector I would expect that to be higher) which leaves a lot of room for error on the AISC side - even GCY is making money at $2000 gold and they are running 0.8g/t dirt through the mill.

If SLR gets this for 0.27 SLR shares (38.6c) then they have picked up a bargain.
