Correct, be interesting if they offer a SPP as well, I should still be classed as a Holder if that's the case, as it take 2 days for the sell to register.
In any respect I would prob not participate if EverBlu are involved anyway, as they will just make it their latest play thing and they can cause havoc and gives plenty of Opp to buy back in.
Hope it's a higher raise for the Company's and current Shareholder sake anyway, so there will be Limited dilution, still a Minimum 6-12 months away from being cash flow positive here in any respect.
