KordaMentha said a review had been completed and would result in a restructure of Blue Sky.First would be a transfer of Blue Sky’s “real assets” business – water and agriculture funds – to a subsidiary of funds managed by Oaktree.
This subsidiary was then expected to work with a new entity called Argyle Capital Partners, which would be “majority owned by Kim Morison”, KordaMentha said in a sharemarket announcement to Blue Sky investors.
Mr Morison and his team would oversee investment management operations of the real assets business.
