Quinn Emmanuel have confirmed that there is insurance in place so shareholders should be able to recoup some of their hard earned. I received a separate auto generated email today as well so if you registered previously you should have received an email update. This could drag on for a bit but we should see some of our losses recouped and hopefully the 2 CEOs pay a hefty penalty of some sort. Their behaviour was just criminal. Not sure how the CFO escaped the suit...
