Mate why do you continue this charade (meaning:an absurd pretence intended to create a pleasant or respectable appearance) that you "hold" this stock, who are you trying to kid? Do you think it will add to your credability? You "hold" but trash the stock at every opportunity-you must be a fool to remain a holder if you feel this way (why didn't you sell when you lost faith) and yet you treat us as if we are fools to assume we would want to hear your advice. What are conundrum you are facing, holding a stock that you just can't seem to bring yourself to sell. Maybe you should Google "how to sell a stock". Aletrnativelly just change your disclosure to something more truthful.
