    I wouldn’t be so hard on tj. We all make mistakes, but I’m also all in with all my properties dumped as SXY is the best bet out there, especially at these ludicrous sale prices. SXY should be in the mid .50’s at this point in their game, but the institutional investors don’t recognize a good thing when they see one, until it hits them in the face.
    By next year this time we’ll be over $1.00. That’s my two cents.....
