FAR have made it clear that they have a backer to fund PE and IMO they would have had that backer when they asked for all the details of the sale to WPL as they were interested in matching the offer, subject to getting all the information.
I actually hope that the Arbitrators have asked FAR how they would fund PE because it indicates that they have got to the point where they are considering granting them that right. There would be no point in asking that question if they were not considering granting the right.
BTW, it is an interesting exercise to consider who FAR may have lined up to fund PE and I have given it some thought.
