There is something to be said for having control of the main platform or a majority share in this case.

Notice in todays Fin that the administrators of BXP are trying to sell everything, BOPO, DIALTIME ETC, Not the CUS would be interested in any of it just interesting. to see what happens to the shell of BXP and it's distributions points of sale there is a lot to be said for getting those points of sale though.
