Deals take months, this one may or may not get through, SLR is cashed up and will eventually do a deal or deals.
For EGA shareholders no point looking at SLR's SP short term, price goes up and down. This deal adds value to SLR but there is also further upside within SLR's portfolio including its cash position and a lot depends on where the gold price heads, EGA shareholders benefit in SLR's continued growth.
