Half Yearly for ERG and all does not look to bad. Another loss of 40m+ but within that loss we find that restructuring expenses and PF payouts account for the majority of the losses.
Operationally ERG has turned out pretty well all things considered. Timing issues seem to be continuing to reduce expected revenues but his may well bode well in the second half. Change in Management has also taken place in the period and this must create some issues as the new CEO gets a handle on the business processes. He seems to me to be from a financial background and I do not think this will do any harm to ERG going forward.
I wouldn't write this company off just yet.
