the SP was 60c 5-6 months ago like I said. it's gone above and below but here we are still at the same SP 5-6 months ago. yes dilution should occur 100% to increase SH value. have SH seen value added since the last two CR - no in fact they have lost money.... 10% dilution to line managers pockets is very high IMHO.
